The Belmont Shore 2-story beach house is one of my favorite residential projects of last year because of its playful Spanish flare. From the mint-gray kitchen cabinets to the decorative terra-cotta exterior tiles, this house features all kinds of fun Spanish influenced patterns with warm tones.
