‘Modern with a cool-twist on Farmhouse’ Condominium Design completed over at the Marina Pacifica of Long Beach!
The 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condominium unit underwent a huge transformation during Summer of 2020. We demo-ed the unit complete; kitchen, bath, railings, removed all signs of mismatching woods, and even said goodbye to the old laundry closet and wet bar in preparation for a new stacked Laundry Closet and bonus Powder Room.
The Design was Modern with a cool-twist on the Farmhouse style; using Shaker style custom cabinets, a gorgeous white apron-front Kitchen sink, traditional subway wall tiles, and cozy but Modern furnishings. Medium brown wood floor planks throughout the unit gave us a nice warm backdrop and a reclaimed wood mantle brought in a rustic feel.
