In 2017 I was invited to join a special project in completing an Industrial Office workspace on Ocean Blvd. The large open space is located in the lower level of a well known condominium complex on the busy Boulevard of downtown Long Beach, and was Designed to feature many of the building's raw historical Industrial elements.
With a few slight setbacks, within two years we worked through in completing a wonderful "lofty" downtown workspace for our wonderful Client. Helping them officially open for business in 2019!
