Introducing the Santiago Dr. home project!
Last year Spring I was introduced to the wonderful new homeowner of the home on Santiago Drive. Set in a beautiful Newport Beach neighborhood, we began to reimagine the entire Interior of the 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home for a complete home renovation.
In the common areas we reworked the layout of the Kitchen, Dining, and Den to make more sense for an open concept. We extended ceilings to a 9-foot height, added engineered wood flooring, updated windows and doors,, and beautiful lacquered and white Oak custom cabinetry were installed with white Quartz countertops. The bright white painted walls opens the space and the the mix of Calacatta Marble and brass metal in the Kitchen backsplash adds a playful feature to the common area.
All three bathrooms were updated completely for a new Modern look; new fixtures in matte black, Calacatta Marble mosaics and large format porcelain tiles on walls and floors, along with Modern vanity cabinets and lighting.
